Got to work this morning and did not feel at all good ,so I have come home.
First day sick this year but will be back(Genral McCarthur Phillipines 1942) tomorrow as I cannot let my apprentices down.Might wrap up and go for awalk up the Chevin with Pops.

Pat Hi Pat, I take 10mg of Amitriptyline before bed for my slipped disc and it works very well. It stops nerve pain getting back to the brain. I dont know if if would work on your knee but it may be worth talking to the Doc about it. I also suffered long term headaches and migraines this drug stopped them and changed my life. I also use co-codamol when I know that I will be doing anything physical. | |
